Our Constrution companies are well known in South Florida and much of the Bahamas for high-end custom building, renovations, additions, and finish work.  They produce custom furniture, doors, bars, and all other  similar items.  They are particularly adept in working on historic properties and do a majority of the historic renovations on property owned by Broward County, as well as, various municipalities throughout Florida.  Recently, they completed work on The Historic Hollywood Women's Club (originally built in 10909), The Carriage House in Wilton Manors (originally built in 1926), and The Bonnet House (one of the premier historic properties and attractions located on Fort Lauderdale Beach).  Additionally, we have a proprietary relationship with Old Florida Lumber Co., Florida's premier provider of rare and antique lumber. This will afford you with access to materials that are hard to come by in the industry.

In addition, they specialize in customized woodworking.  However, given the nature of their business and its longevity, they have proprietary relationships with other contractors that specialize in metal, glass, etc. They have the ability to produce virtually any concept that you may come up with it.  They also can handle permitting and engineering associated with the concepts.  Tables, chairs, and any other furniture would not require this, but any custom doors would require engineering and permitting with the city to pass code and regulation.
